I work about 30 hours a week and pump twice a day, 4 days a week. I

started off with the manual avent isis pump, but it takes way too

long to use manually and caused my milk supply to decrease.

I LOVE the Medela Pump-in-Style Advanced that I bought. It was worth

every cent. It works great, has different speeds and even looks

nice. I also use it on long car trips when I don't want to have to

pull over to nurse the baby. I just pump a bottle and feed it to him

right there in the car. It's been great and has allowed us to keep

nursing - is almost 8 months old and has never had a drop of

formula.

I personally loved the Avent Isis with my son 4.5 years ago. It is a manual

pump but it got the most out of me. I tried the Medella electric but it just

didn't get the job done.....I also tried the first years brand breastpump and it

also did not work at all.

This time around I'm going back to the Avent one again.

Good luck! I also suggest if it doesn't work for you write the company because

you cannot return these expensive suckers to the store! I was given refunds by

3 out of 5 companies.
