This will only help if you are formula-feeding. If you are

breasteeding, estrogen patches will reduce your ability to produce

milk dramatically. Excess intra-cellular estrogen is the reason that

so many morbidly obese women who do manage to get pregnant go on to

have trouble breastfeeding their babies, like I did. I had to move

heaven and earth, pumping the side Joanne wasn't nursing on and taking

two herbal supplements and one drug (domperidone) to produce enough

milk for my daughter.

Hi guys. All this baby blues talk, I found this study out of the

UK, from a gyn who believes that estrogen patches help. I'm asking

my OB about this @ Friday's appt.
