Hi

You can cook with Flax seeds and if they are ground fine you don't even

notice them. You cannot cook the flax oil though.

Ok right now my son is on mineral oil for his constipation. I realize that

this is probably not the best thing for him but it has been the only thing I

knew to do. As I have stated we are going to see a DAN dietition on Monday

but would like to ask...does the flax oil help with constipation? I know you

have been discussing this but it has been sort of lost on me. My son will

take the mineral oil straight from a syringe so maybe he could just take this

flax oil straight?

My son will take it off a spoon (even with black walnut extract squirted in

for parasites) and then I reward him with a chewable vitamin C.
