It's often in bags of salad greens in grocery stores. I get it from

a neighbor's garden - easy to grow. My son does eat salads these

days. I make salad dressing from coconut butter, amino broth &

seasoning (anti-viral monolauren, too) or tofutti cream cheese, milk

sub, garlic & other seasonings plus kirkman's calcium for a creamy

dressing (with lots of calcium).
