Guest guest
B vitamins go into the bloodstream quickly and don't stay there all that long, so I would guess that you'd see some kind of change within 24-48 hours. We saw improvements with my son the first day, and gave him SNT for over 3 years. This is something to ease into, by the way. Start at 1/4 dose, and increase the dose every 3 days or so. Some kids really wig out from B6, and not all of them need the full dose, to get benefit from it, btw. My son never needed more than about 3/4 the full dose, and would get hyper if he had more than that. We could tell if he had too much because he got wild and hyped up.
