Guest guest
That sounds like what my daughter-in-law has (no mito). She takes a stimulent for it - can't remember which one. It helps to keep her more focused as well as awake. She has no problem with being sleepy if active, but can fall asleep at the dinner table without the meds. laurie > > Anybody have this? Guest guest
Hope the Provigil helps you. I had been on it a few years ago and it really helped me with severe fatigue!! Just remember to try it for at least a few days, if it is wearing off in the afternoon let your dr. know....possibly you need a second dose to help you get through the day also. I never felt worse or had it wear off..... maybe an afternoon dose, then sleep at night will help you to feel better instead of having the huge letdown. Just a thought. Hope you get as good results with it as I did. > > > Anybody have this? I recently had a sleep study which > found upper airway resistance syndrome (UARS). I think I need a higher dose, but... I couldn't sleep that night even though I was so tired that I was dizzy. I have to work so I can't feel worse even if it means that I will eventually feel better. If I feel worse, I'll have to miss work and we can't afford that. Guest guest
Sorry to hear you are having a difficult time with it and then having to work...has to be miserable!! Hope you are able to adjust to it. It just did wonders for me for the few years I was on it! Hope you get good results too. > > I think I need a higher dose, but...
