Guest guest
Pat I am in the same boat. I wish I could figure out the triggers. The pain is too great to experiment trying to cause it. My pain is from the severe cramping all over. Have you ever tried Quinine? This works for me to prevent or decrease the less severe cramping. Good luck trying to figure this out. Please share if you come up with any ideas. laurie > I have had sudden onset of muscle cramping along with a lot of pain for > years.
