Guest guest
LOL, that is sunny. I was thinking last night as I always do late at night when the stores are closed that a rootbeer float would be nice too, I had some diet A&W rootbeer here but I needed some Sf vanilla ice cream, that would of been awesome Gonna have that today too, lol....I just seen some diet sunkist orange in a vending machine the other day at the hospital and wanted one but the stupid amchine would not accept the money, anyways, I bet an orange float would taste yummy too, like a creamsicle Thank God they are sugar free but still gotta watch it... But I was good.. I ate my dinner of chicken and vege first... waited over an hour.... then carefully measured 1 cup -- 220 delicious calories............ I was considering having the ice cream INSTEAD of dinner... but that was some of that PRE surgery thoughts coming back.... I also got some low - fat plain grahm crackers... really solves my need for a " cookie " type snack. Now.. pre surgery pregnancy.. I would have just bought the JUMBO pack of store brand Vanilla cookies with the vanilla cream inside... and just chowed down .... Perhaps wash it down with some Chocolate Milk? It is so nice to be able to limit ones serving without feeling deprived..... and feeling satisfied. While I may not be losing as fast as others... ( pg 10 weeks post surgery didn't help) I am so happy that I am not feeling as if I am " STARVING " all the time... and just thinking and waiting for the next meal. I eat when I am hungry and am satisfied.... what a WONDERFUL feeling. - Mommy to: Noah - 10/14/02 - 31 weeker - 3lbs 11 oz Deanna Marie or Jonah due November 18th - 2004 http://www.love-my-kids.com
