Guest guest
Well, # 1 Son loved the 45 minutes of open-cockpit loop-de-loops. Suffered no muscle problems from the G forces, but did report that towards the end when the pilot was doing back-to-back tricks, he saw his breakfast again for the second time. No problem, he said, just ate a bigger lunch afterwards and took his morning meds again. What's one measly breakfast in comparison with the ride of your life, right? Guest guest
Hi Pamela.......Yes, he did get through the trip with no glitches (other than lost luggage) and loved it all. We did see some violent clips from Sydney on the news for a couple of days, but he was in Tasmania at that time, so we weren't concerned. (This kid worked internationally in US intelligence for 8 years, so he knows how to handle himself in dicey situations.) The day before the loop-de-loops he said it had rained and cleared the air, so once they got up over Sydney he could see all the way to the Blue Mountains and the horizon. Fantastic view. These three weeks have been an adventure he'll never forget---breakfast with the birds in the rainforest, helicopter rides over the coral reef, etc. Thanks so much for being there just in case. Your willingness to help made us all much more at ease with this adventure. Blessings!
