I don't use much packaged food, make my own bread, milk, noodles, cookies.

This way I don't have to be concerned about contamination problems. I think

the list has the prepackaged stuff for those who are accustomed to eating

that way, and who aren't comfortable making their own stuff. It really has

nothing to do with the being on the diet- just a convenience. You can still

be on the diet, and use organic foods and homemade foods, I find it

preferable to do so.
