Guest guest
Call, and BE FIRM with whoever answers the phone (if you don't get a person, don't leave a message just keep calling back). Clearly, the new staff/dept has no incentive to be nice to Dr. H's patients if she is leaving their hospital, ya know? I mean, I don't want to assume that they will be less than professional, but I would cover all your bases. Be firm, explain that you are coming from out of town for a first-time visit, and that you have to be assured that you will actually see Dr. Harbison and not someone else, or you will cancel the visit. > > Hi and All, > > > > My daughter was scheduled to see Dr.H on April 16th and when I was > > signing in, the secreatary told me that " by the way you won't be > > seeing Dr.h today, isabel will be just measured " and I was really > mad > > but she said she left us a voice message regarding that and I > never > > recieved it.
