Weended up going out to eat with friends and it went well. Tim and Ialways share a meal for one person. Last night we ordered more foodthan we usually do (we orderedd two appetizers and an entree) and sowe ate a little more than we should have. BUT I didn't order thethings that woulda driven me completely off the edge and I didn't endup throwing up--ate slowly, chewed thoroughly, and stopped before Iwas gorged. So I consider that a success. Today my clothes stillfit...hahaha! Hope everyone is doing well!Martha Donna JordonDSJordon@... Yahoo! Music Unlimited - Access over 1 million songs. Try it free.
