Guest guest
<< My daughter eats eggs in the morning with rice toast and of course " Fleishman's no salt margarine (corn). Lunch is a sandwich w/smucker's grape jelly (corn), fruit & gatorade. Dinner I don't think will be a problem, but haven't looked into many ingredients that I usually cook with yet for corn. >> , (((((((((Hugs!)))))))))) Going corn-free can be hard. It's definitely doable, though. Corn is one of over 30 things that is allergic to. You can use ghee in place of the margarine. Honey is a good replacement for jellies/jams. Potato starch works well in place of corn starch. So does arrowroot starch. Watch out for the ingredient " citric acid. " That usually means there's corn in it. Write me at mommyto3inmass@... if I can help you further. I don't always get to read all of the posts here.
