Guest guest
I am a fairly silent subscriber to this list, becuase I do not know a lot about mitrochrondrial disorders in adults, but I want to learn because my doctor thinks I am sick on a cellular level. I have learned much from reading the messages posted here and I thank you for sharing. Some of you have prayed for my husband, Jeff, before to help him through his cancer treatments. Now I am asking for prayers again. Last June, Jeff was diagnosed with stage 4b cancer of the esophogus that has spread to his lymph nodes and liver. He has now survived 6 months+ due to a positive response form chemo and from all the prayers you and others have offered up for him. Jeff will be in hospital on Jan 4 for his 9th chemotherapy. These are very aggressive treatments that only about 10% of cancer patients can tolerate. These treatments have been keeping him alive and the cancer has responded to the chemo. However, the chemo is taking a toll on him and so on January 4 (Wednesday) between 7 - 8 p.m. my family and friends will be praying together for a remission this time so he can have a respite from chemo and possibly a cure. Please offer a prayer for him anytime, and if you can, please join your voices to ours on Wednesday night. In about 2 weeks he will have a scope and scan. I will post his results when I know them. Thank you Jan

I hope you don't mind, I will also put this on a private prayer list asking others to pray at the same time. > > I am a fairly silent subscriber to this list, becuase I do not know a lot about mitrochrondrial disorders in adults, but I want to learn because my doctor thinks I am sick on a cellular level.
