I had BAD gas pains yesterday.... Gas X seems to work nicely...

It was a reminder to eat more protien and less carbs for me.

I am 6 months out and almost 17 weeks pg.

I take stool softeners faithfully everyday....Docusate sodium from Walmart and

when I am constipated I take benefiber you can mix it with any liquid and it is

absolutely taste free.......and this keeps everything flowing smoothly.

I had horrible constipation with my son and vowed never to have that again! It

was horrible.

Pregnancy! ;o)

It just seems to be standard for most and I know although I still

have occasional bouts of constipation, the trapped gasses have gone

away, the further along I've gotten.
