Guest guest
I see the nurse practitioner today, so we'll see how it goes. My first experience with this particular doctor was over the glucose tolerance test. He tried to MAKE me take it. Treated me like I was being difficult. It was ALL over my records WHY I couldn't take it, and even listed two alternatives, which he never bothered to read. I am going to request never to see him again. I just hope he's not the one delivering when the time comes! Demrie EDD: June 21, 2004 with > Good grief, it's not like the doctor is having to pay it! Can you personally request that the doctor who said he would do it take care of it? If they rotate like that, they should back up each other! I was so sick with my second I had to go on std at 4 months so I empathize with you! Keep at them, that is what the std is for! If that doesn't work, do you have a pcp that would fill out the paperwork correctly? > > Good luck!! > > > > I don't understand the doctor's hesitancy to allow me > to go on disability when I'm 38 weeks now. Guest guest
You know you do have recourse. You could file a complaint about him to the practice manager and also to the medical board of your state. He sounds irresponsible and insensitive... Must have been one of those men that goes into OB-GYN because they are into S&M and like to see women in pain! Jerk!!! Chrystal Wife to Jace - together 6 Years! Happy Mommy to - 4 Years Old! Guest guest
Yet another reason why i go to female docs lol. Men just have no idea about a woman's body. I will go on short term disability at 38 weeks. I am currently 28 now. My OB wrote it down to make a letter. She is even writing me a letter saying i have to drop from 4 days a week to 3 days. I just told her i was unable to take care of patients 4 days a week at 11 hr shifts.
