So last night the babies position caused some contractions - the really painful

ones not BH to start. Just like Sunday and 2 weeks ago!!!

I tried moving all around and applying pressure to where baby was on my stomach.

Then hubby said lets put an ice pack on that side and maybe he will move.

So he took an icepack and put it right against where the baby was causing pain

and guess what......that little guy moved very quickly and the contractions

stopped.

So I have 2 questions...

Is it okay to use an ice pack to get the baby to move?

Is it normal for the position of the baby to cause really strong not braxton

hicks contractions to start?

Thanks for any answers that you can give me....

I think it is okay as long as you are not leaving it there for a long time on

the baby. The baby moved so it probably did not like the cold temperature

change, lol... I bet it felt good on the sore spot once the baby moved...
