Guest guest Posted April 25, 2001 Report Share Posted April 25, 2001 I just started the diet for my 3 yr old daughter with Autism. I kind of understand most of it. What is the deal with spices? How do I know what spices or companies are gluten and dairy free? If you can't have generally run of mill spices - I guess you can never eat out or prepared foods since you can't always tell what kind of spices were used. Any help would be greatly appreciated! What also do folks do with condiments such as ketchup, mustard, vinegar etc? Are there certain companies that are gluten free or must all that be ordered from a specialty store?
