Guest guest
I think things are going tons better this time. Aleksander is eating like a pig - he had 7 ounces in one bottle yesterday, and 7 1/2 this morning. Usually, he eats around 5 1/2 to 6 so this is a big jump. (Perhaps we will start cereal next week) AND, best of all, he slept for 8 hours last night without a peep. When I checked his feet this morning, not only had the redness not gotten worse, it is starting to fade. When I put the shoes back on him, he didn't even frown, let alone cry. In fact, shortly after I put them back on, he gave me a big gummy smile and a coo! I knew once the shoes fit him properly, he would adjust very quickly. He really is the most resiliant little guy. I'm constantly amazed by how well he deals with all of these things. I think he deals with it better than I do! I can learn a thing or two from my 4 month old....I hate to admit it, and I'll never admit to him that I said that. It would only come back to haunt me when he's 5 and thinks he knows everything! Thanks again for all of the helpful hints, and most of all the support and 'listening.'
