Gluten and Casein Peptides test

Me again. I got my MD to request the urinary test for our son. But

when I got to the lab, the lab had no system for ordering the test

for urine. They did have a " serum " (blood)test for gluten and

casein. I had no way of knowing if this would help me find out what I

need to know, but I authorized it, just in case.

Can anybody help me on this? I'm not a nurse or chemist or lab

technician. . . .
