We had to stop giving my son Zinc at night because he would always wake up (I think it was making him nauseous). I break it up and give it to him twice a day now with meals and never with calcium. He does much better this way. Good luck and I hope you find out what's causing the problem. Jo (South Carolina)
Guest guest
The NAC in pro-support causes problems for about 1/2 of the kids, improvements for the other 1/2, according to another support group. Kirkman Labs has another version w/o NAC and very helpful staff to answer your questions. Originally we were told to stop any supplements w/minerals during the 3 on days, but then our protocol changed. Each round of DMSA has caused different reactions, so far nothing really awful for us, but lots of good changes, too. I do think Ian is a bit edgier on days 4 & 5, but not always. The range of reactions is enormous from person to person. How exciting to be starting chelation! Good luck! > It was my understanding that you have to stop the super nu thera when > chelating, the rest I am not sure of but I know you don't give the same > supps when chelating.
