THOUGHT I would Share this...I love Boston Market Sweet Potatoes, and

the GFCF rendition was delicious too!

4 Sweet Potatoes

1/2 Stick GFCF Margarine (being corn free, we used KP Mothers)

1/2 Bag marshmellows (we used KP)

1/4 cup maple syrup

BOIL Potatoes about 1/2 hour until soft. Peel them under cold water

(you can do this with your fingers) Throw into food processesor,

and blend until smooth (about 5 secs) Melt Margarine, and

marshmellows in pot, or microwave, put in processor. Add 1/4 cup

syrup to processor. Blend until smooth....Fooled my kids :)!-Shari
