I just got a new bottle of sublingual b-12 and grabbed these instead of the

1000mcg I usually get. Is this too much to take? I take my other one

daily...TIA

showed me at normal levels. i guess I have less malabsorption than

most. - Diane

I've been taking the 1250 mcg sub drops twice a week and my ob said

he didn't see a problem with it. If you're using drops just use half

a dropper full.
