Guest guest
Hi, McCormick spices, some of them are fine, like garlic powder and single spices, but I would call and check on any combos. What I do to make sure I have no screw ups is I make different blends of my own. I freeze a clean peeled onion and then grate it on the cheese grater (it doesn't make you tear when its frozen and then it makes a mush when you grate it (my son doesn't like pieces of onion). Then I also make a garlic onion combo mush. And a green pepper mush. I also use alot of Annies Naturals salad dressings, I brush it on top of meatloaves as they are cooking, baste a hen with them, etc. As for vinegar I use only apple cider vinegar. Eating out with LJ I only did 2 times in the year on this diet, and both times I brought his complete meal with me and just explained why to the people working there. on Long Island New York * On Wed, 25 Apr 2001 16:02:35 -0000 Mikejen7@... writes: it.
