Guest guest
I bought a Yorkshire Farms ham at the health food store. It was $5.99 lb. I called the company and they confirmed it was gluten (and nitrate) free. Guest guest
we recently found a GFCF spiral baked ham at our local FRESH FIELDS. But dern, I can't remember the maker ... It was pretty expensive ($30 for a small ham) and you have to use it within a week because it contains no preservatives. The coating on the outside is made from pure maple syrup. doris millersville MD barbeetofloyd@... wrote: > I know that All Natural mini hams are gfcf but I had a hard time > finding any other hams that were at Christmas time. Guest guest
I am a bit behind on posts. We use Hormel Cure 81 ( I believe). i checked with the company who said it was gfcf. Also ingredients specifically state potato starch.
