Hypnobirthing on the Today Show

Did anyone see the segment on Hypnobirthing on the Today show this morning?

This ob-gyn they had on said he went from a 27% c-section rate to 1% and doesn't

use drugs anymore at his practice.

The women said they felt no pain at all. Has anyone on the list done this?

I don't think it would work for me....I'm toooooooo high strung.

I saw it. Though I think it would help during a birth, there is no way I

believe a pain free birth, thats BS in my opinion. Hell, I think it would take

me the entire 9 months of pregnancy to meditate long enough to get that relaxed

just for it to help in the birthing process. I'm like you Chrystal, can't shut

the mind off enough.
