Actually the ALTA Sample package has 3 different full loaves of bread,

buns, cookies and some other things.

On another topic, I am going to be at the DAN! Spring Conference in Atlanta

on the 11 and 12th of May. It looks to be a great line up of speakers (

, Shattrock, Cave, Jon Pangborn, Bernard Rimland and

more)...These are the Gurus of biological intervention and GFCF. I am

really looking forward to listening to some of these speakers.

We will have a booth (and samples... :) so if anyone is going to the

conference please stop by and say Hi.

Cheryl, I can't say enough about their product , after almost a year on this

diet I finally have a bread my daughter will eat. So far weve tried the

hamburger buns , english muffins, raisin bread a " white bread " ( tapioca I

think) donuts ( chocalate and cinamon and sugar) cinnamon rolls and flax

seed bread. The only one she did not like was the flax seed.I am waitin gfor

my next shipment so I'm not positive but I would guess probably 12-14 slices

per loaf and yes the are pre sliced. hope this helps.

That is what I hate...the waiting. They say something about not giving you a

confirmation but that it won't effect your receiving your order. I am so

used to getting things within 5 to 7 days most. I am really hoping my order

will arrive in time for me to take the bread to my parent's house this

weekend. I seem to remember the sample pack took awhile so I don't know as

this is my first big order with them.
