Guest guest
In reading Jodi's emails, I wanted to clarify one point but support another. Dr. Harbison is doing her best to not let things fall through the cracks. However, in any move that involves 700 active and inactive patients, things can happen. That being said, she does not have current email addresses for most patients. Because of this, she was facing a monstrosity of an issue in how to contact 700+ patients (the hospital would not manage this contact process). However, MAGIC has offered to coordinate, copy, stuff envelopes, etc. all of the letters and release forms for all 700+ of her patients (Harbison is covering the costs). I personally created all of the mailing labels yesterday, and boy, there were a lot of people! MAGIC should have this mailing out next week, and each person who has seen Dr. Harbison in New York will get a letter and a release form that you mail back. I would encourage you to MAKE A COPY of the release form before you mail it back. Hopefully this will ensure that the transition process goes smoothly. Guest guest
Jenn, Do we need to do this even if we already faxed back the one we got through email from Dr. H? I took care of that the day you sent that information. Carmen
Guest guest
You will get one in the mail -- compare that to the one you emailed her. I personally would mail the hard copy back anyway, just to cover your bases.... > Jenn, > Do we need to do this even if we already faxed back the one we got > through email from Dr. H?
