Guest guest Posted April 30, 2001 Report Share Posted April 30, 2001 I've found that I get holes in my bread unless I preheat my oven for at least 10 minutes before baking. My husband, who used to bake us fresh breads all the time, told me to do this and to date, no more holes. Hope this helps.
