I got a lot of socks and cute little shoes as gifts. We have to remove the cast

each morning before his recasting, so I usually put some socks and shoe on him

then because otherwise he can't wear them. I was concerned that he wouldn't be

able to wear sleepers, but he can. The casts are not that thick. Being a

summer baby though, yours will probably not need that much clothing anyway (I

guess depending on where you live).

During the casting, our son everything that any other baby could wear.

The casting can last for up to nine weeks, depending on how it goes. When

he got the boots and bar, we had to buy things that unsnapped all the way

down the front and legs. Basically something that you can lay the baby on

and then snap up. No footsies on the outfits because of the boots. If

the outfit doesn't snap all the way down, anything that can easily be

slipped over the head. I picked these outfits so that we don't have to

undress him and redress him everytime we change him.

Hope that helps!
