Imagine Soup Recipes Needed

Hi!

I seem to remember reading somewhere (maybe here, maybe in a book?)

some fantastic sounding casserole/main dish recipes using Imagine

Creamy soups. I found the potato/leek variety in my HFS and picked

it up, but now I can't find any recipes to use it in! (I'm the only

one in my family who would eat it alone!) I checked their website,

and the only recipe they have is a yummy-sounding potatoes au gratin;

good, but not a main dish.
