I would charge the cost of the book to those who have not joined

Magic. However, if they are people who would financially qualify for

a scholarship to the convention, we should give it to them for free.

Do we have scholarships for membership? If so, I would use that.

Also, I would have Magic members help kick in for postage, since it

will be expensive to ship the books to everyone.

I just want to say that as non local (no living in USA) member of magic,

I would like to receive the guidebook included in my memebership, maybe

I could affort the extra-cost of the shipping, because I now that sending

things to other country cost more money.

But I suggest that plan very carefull what is going to happen with the other

non-local member that not can affort the shipping.
