Guest guest
, I would charge the cost of the book to those who have not joined Magic. However, if they are people who would financially qualify for a scholarship to the convention, we should give it to them for free. Do we have scholarships for membership? If so, I would use that. Also, I would have Magic members help kick in for postage, since it will be expensive to ship the books to everyone. Guest guest
I just want to say that as non local (no living in USA) member of magic, I would like to receive the guidebook included in my memebership, maybe I could affort the extra-cost of the shipping, because I now that sending things to other country cost more money. But I suggest that plan very carefull what is going to happen with the other non-local member that not can affort the shipping.
