Guest guest
I take a sublingual B12 pill (5,000mcg) every week. Occasionally, I will take two or three in a week, but my B12 level is normal @ over 800.
Guest guest
I am only 11 months out and 7 months pregnant now but I have NEVER needed any B 12 at all. They just redid my blood work last month and it is still in the normal range. I guess I have less malabsorption with the RNY than others because i seem to be able to get enough from what I am eating. - Diane > > > > That's interesting.. Guest guest
I take a B-12 shot when I feel run down. Sometimes as much as one time a week. I have never had a problem with my levels being too high or too low (except my 3 month bloodwork). I was reading an article today that said when you take B-12 that 50-98% is excreted from your system within 48 hrs. For me with my history of MS, I find it very beneficial to my health.
