I've had pretty good luck using sorghum flour (www.twinvalleymills.com)

instead of rice flour in most recipes.

We don't use rice flour here. They have recipes on the website. You can email

me privately rejoyce@... for specific recipes if you want. I get

these emails in digest form so I don't always catch questions directed to

me.

I use any gfcf recipe and just throw together some corn starch and

potato starch, maybe add a little millet and buckwheat, maybe some

quinoa or soy flour - whatever's leftover!

Sharon, I just substitute in a mixture of the others flours for anytime

it says rice flour.

I've substituted surghum flour mixed with tapioca starch, also amaranth

flour mixed with tapioca and potato. I just play around with whatever I

got here at the time. I always use xanthum gum though also into the

flour .

There are a couple of good cookies recipes at www.twinvalleymills.com using

their sorghum flour.
