Guest guest
I know you didn't ask my opinion. But personally I think you need more calories. I use the fitday program, and I plugged your food in the program and it came to less than 700 calories a day. My surgeon told me I needed to eat about 1200 cal a day, and the nutritionist at the surgeons office told me 1500 cal a day. My OB said 2000 a day...which is impossible for me. I try for 1500 a day and hope for the best. Good luck to you. I hope you don't find my reply to you offensive, because that is not my intention. Guest guest
no, i'm not offended, but i am only 3 months out from GB surgery. that was actually a lot for me. i have been trying to eat more, and more often, and taking lots of vitamins...wheni go to the DR next tuesday, i'll talk to him about it. and also the nurse is suppose to be talking to my WLS surgeon today, so hopefully i'll get in contact with him. my dr said, that most likely even a year out, you only get to about 1000 a day. thanks tho melissa, i'm trying to do better. aka mom2ben99 (jennilee75@...)
