Guest guest
I have always used equal or sweet n low in my coffee and stuff and I use many many more than you are. I have 6 just in my daily coffee intake since I drink 3 cups coffee. It has never bothered me. I have heard bad things about it altely from what i have read on the group and thought about quitting it but I would not be able to give up my diet rootbeer and diet pepsi that has it in it. I may switch my coffees though to nutrasweet so it is a least cut down. God Bless, Robin, NorthEastern, NY Age- 41 EDD- July 27th, 2004 IT'S A BOY!!!!!! Guest guest
I would switch from Equal to Splenda. I was tols only 2-3 packets of Equal a day where Splenda is suposed to be safe during pregnancy. - Diane > I have a questions about Equal. Guest guest
Hi. OB & NP limited me to a couple packets of Splenda. Didn't ask for their rationale. They also took away my precious Pepcid, *&%^*!!, claiming there weren't studies proving it's safe, though they suspect it is. Don't know, since I'm not in the medical profession, just how many things cross over to baby for his/her system to try & process. Sounds like a question for next week's appt. Thanks for the 'food' for thought. WlsMomma
