Guest guest
Hi Betty Owen is 5 yrs and 6 months. His whole body is assymetrical. The difference in his legs is almost 3 cms. He see his ortho every 6 months and it gets a little worse everytime we go. The ortho told me that he will do a leg lenghtening at age 6 or 7 and then again at age 15-16. The younger they do it the first time the better because their is less chance of developping back problems. Owen is very very touchy about his clothes..he has a sense of style like ive never seen and wont wear his shoes with a lift. Its not worth the fight i have to go through to get him to wear the shoes. How much does weigh and how tall is he? Owen rss - 5 1/2 yrs. 26 lbs and 37 inches Cory non rss -8 yrs > : > > My son is 4.8 year old and is aldo assymetrical in his legs, I would > like to ask you what is the difference between Owen legs and why the surgey > is going to be the next year because I tough that it is better when the > boy be 12 or 13 years old. > > The leg difference in my son is less than 1 inche ( by now). > > Thanks for your answer. > > betty
