Guest guest
I have been using DariFree for most of my cooking. The only other two gfcf beverages I have used since we started was Blue Diamond's Almond Breeze and Mocha Mix. Mocha Mix is not too bad for cooking but has not real food value. It is made with soy and corn though and I want to limit those. Almond Breeze seems to have a problem with being processed on a 'dairy' line. so that seems to put me back to stage one as far as a gfcf milk. I would like to know if Kirkmanlabs is going to do some research on this since they carry it? I am totally confused and wondering what I will do for milk now. I was just getting Evan's brothers used to DariFree and even their mom was using it for her cereal when she was out of 'real' milk. I guess I'll hunt up those bean milk and rice milk recipes to use for my cooking now and limit my use of the DariFree until more comes of this. I have not seen a reaction in Evan to the Almond Breeze so I may continue to use it for his cereal. He rarely drinks milk for milk's sake any more. I know that this question has all ready been asked but 'do we ever get a break?' Betty ----- Original Message ----- > I wondered what everyone's thoughts on dari-free are now?
