Guest guest
Judy, how much understanding does your son have? Evan is going to have blood drawn and he has not had any drawn since he was 2.6 yo. He is 7 yo now. With him being nonverbal it is always hard to comprehend exactly how much understanding he does have. I know that he has more than we give him credit for. It was all I could do to hold him the first time. He is VERY strong now and I know that I could not hold him for it if he does not want it done. His little brother was almost too much at 4.6 yo when he recently had a blood draw. He hates to even have his blood pressure taken. I guess this is something I had better start working on right now. thanks for the idea. Betty ----- Original Message ----- > This is what I did last month when we had blood drawn from my son.
