We use coconut milk straight for shakes or " whip topping " and diluted for

cereal. It's high in fat, which is great for putting on some extra weight.

Just one more option!

Where do you buy coconut milk? Surely you can't get enough from a coconut!

I buy it at the grocery store in the Asian section. It comes in

cans. Coconut milk & butter/oil also contain a natural anti-viral

(monolauren), so we've been using these products alot. I pour the

milk over veggies & meat stir-fry, add a little curry, and serve with

bean threads (bean noodles). I cook with the butter and use it as a

spread on popped corn cakes.

Thank you, I will go looking, though probably will end up ordering on line.

Our stores aren't as sophisticated as your's apparently are.
