Guest guest
I got some Louis Rich smoked turkey sandwich slices yesterday at the grocery..I tried calling them to confirm status but I was told by CS at Louis Rich that he can't tell me if it's GFCF or not since the list hasn't come out and it won't for another 6 mos. Does anyone know off hand if it's ok? Or should I not use it until I get company confirmation (considering cross contamination and such?) Dan gave him a couple slices last night (before I told him I hadn't called) and we didn't see any changes... Ingredients: White Turkey, Water, salt, modified corn starch, sugar, sodium phosphates, sodium erythrobate (made from sugar), sodium nitrite, garlic powder. Guest guest
, the ingredients look all right as far as gfcf goes. At least they tell you what the modified starch is. Usually it is wheat. If you can handle the corn and nitrite.--Betty On Thu, 3 May 2001 13:22:59 EDT RT2@... writes: > I got some Louis Rich smoked turkey sandwich slices > .
