Guest guest
Hi Janet. I was interested in your post of two weeks ago. Sorry it has taken me so long, but I have been out of town. You said your friend has seizures that are stopped by bicarb. This interests me because I have been using bicarb dissolved in water, taken by mouth to treat my SLE/Seizures. It works better than anything else has. (Not that I have been on anti-seizure medication) Anyway I would be interested in knowing more about your friend. What kind of Mito she has etc. Do you have contact info for her. Thanks Joanne in California
Guest guest
Actually it was a post to the adultmito group from a husband whose wife died of MELAS. I will look tomorrow for the original post. They were from Texas. I emailed him and he gave permission to share his info at that time. I printed it out and photocopied it and keep it in my purse shrunk down. I was interested because my sister was on anti-seizure meds when she went into her 10 hrs of seizures. I will try to find the email or type it in for you. ne is in California and her 21 yr old son and seizures and a stroke last year. Her husband takes bicarb soda in capsule form, he is on dialysis. She was going to check with her son's doctor. We have not written to each other in awhile and I have not thought to ask her. I am on a different computer so will get her info tomorrow or Thursday, Janet Janet-bicarb stopping seizures Hi Janet. I was interested in your post of two weeks ago.
