I think hydrogenated oil. I don't remember now but I don't want that in my vits. Try going to a higher level vit. like Polyvisol. As far as supps are concerned....my son's constipation didn't clear up til we started the probiotics and mag. He is talking more with dmg and SNT. Everybody is different. I am working with a qualified DAN dietitian so I feel comfortable with what we are doing. I couldn't just pick and choose without some backing on the reasoning behind it and someone a phone call away to ask questions. I don't understand what a chiropractor's knowledge would be in this area? Not being rude just really have no idea what someone in that field would know in the complex area of nutrition.
