Rebekha, my son is not on any meds either and the only vitamins he gets

are chewable GFCF dye free multi vitamins.Someone posted this on here the

other day -

" " My

Chiropractor told me that while supplement are good, that it's not a bad

idea to let your child take a break from them 1to 2 days a week to give

the liver and kidney a break. " "

To me (and this is just my personal 2 cent opionion), anything that you

would have to take a break from to let 2 very vital organs have a break,

maybe isn't worth giving in the 1st place.

Rebekha,

The Flintstones have fillers in them. I think hydrogenated oil. I don't

remember now but I don't want that in my vits. Try going to a higher level

vit. like Polyvisol.

As far as supps are concerned....my son's constipation didn't clear up til we

started the probiotics and mag. He is talking more with dmg and SNT.

Everybody is different. I am working with a qualified DAN dietitian so I

feel comfortable with what we are doing. I couldn't just pick and choose

without some backing on the reasoning behind it and someone a phone call away

to ask questions.

I don't understand what a chiropractor's knowledge would be in this

area? Not being rude just really have no idea what someone in that field

would know in the complex area of nutrition.
