I'm trying to determine when I should get 's next pair of

s. Her toes are coming over the front of the shoes just

slightly. I want to be able to push the wear in these shoes as long

as possible. At the same time, I don't want her toes curling over the

front (IYKWIM) either. Currently she is in a size one, should I go to

a 3 to get longer wear, or just get the size feels fit her feet

best?

We just got new shoes and he sent us a foam impression kit.

He made 's shoes from that. I'm guessing he'll send that to you as well.

's toes weren't completely over the edge of the shoes but I'm glad we got

another pair anyway. You wouldn't believe the size difference of the second

pair.. Plus will make them bigger for longer wear.

HTH :)

Thanks !

I guess I should contact soon. How long did it take for your

order this past time? By the way, did you have to get a

perscription for the shoes from Dr. H before contacting ?

It took about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks to get 's shoes back but I think that's

because he had to make a brand new mold because his feet are so wide. I did get

a prescription from Dr. H but it was for insurance purposes only. We had to get

them pre-approved before we could pay for them because the insurance wouldn't

have reimbursed us with out that. And Sheila faxed that over to us. of

course didn't need it.

I will probably get a prescription from him. If my insurance doesn't need

it now, they will come back looking for it 5 years from now!

Thanks.

We just sent our impression kit back to so he can make new shoes

for Rachael. She is also in size 1 right now. This next pair will be

her 4th pair. She started in size 0000 and then went to 00. He

usually gives them plenty of room for growth. Her toes were getting

close to the ends but where I noticed them being too small was the

width. I'm with you on trying to get as much wear out of each pair as

possible though.

That's pretty good. Ava was measured in March and we still haven't

gotten her shoes yet. I think I might give another week and drop him

a line. I know he is very busy but her toes on the left are curling

over. Also I read another post about new codes to cover the shoes I

couln't find it. Does he send them on the bill or could someone

repost them. Thanks

I would definately call him. It could have just gotten mixed up in the

shuffle.. Who knows. I don't know if this is what you need but on my invoice

it says " L3252 Foot, Shoe Molded to patient model Plastazote (or similar) custom

fabricated. " I'm guessing that the L3252 is the code..?? If it isn't I'm sure

someone will let you know :)

I believe they are referring to the codes I posted a while back.

They were: L1907 for the shoes and L3150 for the brace.
