Guest guest
Wow, sounds like me. I '' lose " words. I once went into a fast food restaurant, couldn't, for the life of me , think of the word ''fries''! I had already started to ask for them, so I ended up saying " and potatoes " ! She had to go through the list of offered potatoes! I looked but couldn't find them fast enough on the menu board. I also had the terrible monthly cramping, nutrients have made this manageable. And fatigue-YES! To the point of tears. So I will be going on this diet in hopes of improvement. Thank you for sharing. Lolita > >I have also had a great improvement in expressive language. Guest guest
I went gfcf with my child for emotional support (and to have a gfcf kitchen to prevent infringements). No dairy was easy for me, but the gluten withdrawal was like a brain-fogging, muscle aching, exhausting flu. What an eye-opener. I've been pretty good about sticking to the diet, too, because when I don't, the brain fog returns fast and the next day I feel like a truck hit me. I didn't know when we started the diet that many moms on this list are chronically fatigued & frequently ill, some like me with a dx of CFS or FMS. I'm also doing mercury chelation with my son, and the FMS pain has vanished completely. I'm still tired much the time, but more like sleepy and less like being ill. > Wow, sounds like me.
