Guest guest Posted May 4, 2001 Report Share Posted May 4, 2001 I am still a newbie on the list (when do you graduate?). I called Quaker Rice Cakes and they do have a cross-contamination concern. Does anyone know a rice cake that is " safe " ? Also...What about e Polenta Pasta? I found a website verifying it's gluten free status. But what about cross-contamination? (I am waiting to hear back!) How do you handle all of these cross-contamination issues? Do you have to call on every food item? If there is a slight chance of contamination, do you veto the food?
