Guest guest
Nice sunny sunday morning here. You are very busy: all I seem to manage is excercise and home caring. I am the secretary of the Parkinson-club as no other could manage paperwork in time. As my muscles like warm weather I travelled with my husband a lot: Red Sea, Nile Cruise, South of Spain. I even went for a Canary Island trip with Finnish Muscular Dis.patients. Last Christmas we spend with our Goddaughter and her family in Vienna. But alas, my husband has diabetics (trying to cope with diet) and dementia. Coming from Vienna he lost concience during the landing due to low sugarlevel. Due to the dementia he is not easy to take care of. Last week he for the first time asked me for details of our trip to Gibraltar during our stay in Costa del Sol, Spain. My oldest of 2 sons is getting married in August. By the way: I found an old family photo of 1926 and could point out that some of my very young uncles had signs of mito (ptosis). This might have changed the mind of my neurol. Regards Kaarina
Guest guest
Kaarina I am glad you have gotten to spend some nice time in warm places with your husband. I am very sorry that he has diabetes and dementia. That has got to be stressful for you. Please hang on to all the memories with him, even if he no longer can. I am excited for you that your son is getting married. Weddings are special. Hugs, laurie > Nice sunny sunday morning here. You are very busy: all I seem to > manage is excercise and home caring. Guest guest
Hi Laurie, speaking of dementia: I noticed after posting my email that I wrote it's sunday morning..ha hah saturday of course here in Finland. I am very pleased about the wedding as the daugter-in-law to be is a wonderful person. The last wedding in our family was 2001 in Austria. Hugs Kaarina > > Nice sunny sunday morning here.
