Guest guest
PAm, It is okay to gain being pregnant and it will come off after. I am 36 weeks and a couple days and have gained 38-40 pounds, probably 40 now. I was sad at first too but I know this baby will be ssooo with it. I already have it set in my head to eat well and work it off as soon as he comes out. It's not like before when I had such a large stomach I could not fill it up enough to diet, so it just has to be easier this time. you will do okay, just try to eat the right things. i ate a few things I should of stayed away from and could probably weigh a little less if I had made better choices. hang in there, it's okay to gain. Guest guest
Morning everyone I have my doctors appointment on Monday, and from the date of my last period, I have gained 16 pounds. I wanted to cry when I saw that. I am 20 weeks and 6 days, and I was wondering how much you all have gained by this time in your pregnancy? Is 16 pounds too much for being 5 months pregnant? My doctor didn't seem too concerned, but he did schedule my next appointment for 2 weeks, so he could moniter my weight. I can see that 200 pound mark fast approaching, and I don't like it one bit I don't like feeling this way, I wish I could be in the mindset that most pregnant women get in, of " it's ok, this is the only time in your life it's ok to gain weight " ....but I'm still worried, Anyw advice is appreciated Pam in Louisiana RNY Nov 12, 2002 20weeks 6 days EDD Nov 11, 2004 296/166/182 pregnant --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
