Guest guest
--- Hi everyone Thanks SO MUCH to everyone who has written and for all of your emotional support. Ya'll are awesome! I went in for my hcg levels today and they have doubled from 48 hours ago.....which is what they are supposed to do.....so of course no hysterectomy for me tomorrow, which has been scheduled for months.....I am still in shock from this but excited and cautiously optimistic (which is the term the nurse used when calling me today with the hcg level news)....my doc's office staff are so excited for me. They know how long we had tried to have a baby......so.....the only thing we are concerned with now is finances.....and my hubby's health.....Here's a brief overview. Hubby and I have been married 14 years. We have a 13 year old son. I have been attending college part time off and on for 20 years....I am down to my final 2 semesters......I have just 4 courses left to graduate.....which I plan to do in May 2005.....so I have fall and spring left.....this baby is prob due in March......and I will graduate 2 months later.....OK.....hubby has a kidney disease he was born with called Alports Syndrome. He is expected to start dialysis next year. He is only 38. Then he will go on a transplant list and wait for a kidney donor and have a transplant......needless to say....we are worried about our financial situation and both of our health.....so.....please keep us in your prayers..... Happy to be here and grateful to God for our miracle..... Love Terri Mom to Garrett (DS) born 12.20.91 and DD (our angel in heaven) Maci Kay whom we lost on 12.31.01 Now pregnant AGAIN at age 39 In OSSG-pregnant , " brideandgroom2001 " wrote: > Welcome Terri!! Guest guest
Hey Terri! I am so happy that your levels have doubled! That's great! Did they check your progesterone at all to see if you needed any support with that? I had to have it - that's why I asked.. And I KNOW you can graduate! I am in that situation too.. if I want to get into nursing school next year, then I have to take classes this fall - and I am due in November, but that's okay.. I figure I will just stay 2 weeks ahead of the class and be alrighty! I am so sorry about your husbands illness.. hopefully, the dialysis will work beautifully for him and maybe that perfect donor will be out there for him! I will certainly continue to keep you in my thoughts and prayers.. Trish > > Welcome Terri!!
