Guest guest
Hi Joe, My daughter also liked Rice Chex, though they are a faint memory to her now. She eats Health Valley Rice Crunch-Ems! cereal (yes, with the exclamation point!). It's made by the Health Valley Company and their # is 1- (8am to 4pm PST). The ingredients are: milled rice, corn bran, evaporated cane juice, salt, vitamine E (added to preserve freshness) She eats them for breakfast and I also make a Chex mix style snack for her out of them. They are not bad at all. I found them at our local health food store. Hope this helps, Penny ---------- >From: GFCFKids >To: GFCFKids >Subject: Digest Number 3081 >Date: Sat, May 5, 2001, 2:12 PM > >Message: 11 > Date: Sat, 05 May 2001 15:22:55 -0000 > From: jagallnt@... >Subject: Quaker Chex Cereals > >We're finally going GF this wekend, after being CF for a month.
